Submission guide
Full length paper: The full length papers will be published in a special issue of “Molecular Breeding”, if the submission could be accepted by the journal. Paper preparation should follow the instructions of the journal.
Abstract: Abstract will be collected in the proceedings, which will be indexed in the Chinese Proceedings of Conference full-text Database (CPCD) published by China Academic Journal (CD) Electronic Publishing House. The abstract size including: title, authors, affiliations and address, email, abstract, keywords. The font should be in Times New Roman, size 10.5.
Deadline for abstracts, plenary and symposia papers
The deadline for accepting abstracts for contributed (volunteer) papers and posters is Aug. 15, 2010. This deadline will allow the Scientific Program Committees to prepare and make available the program to all participants before the meeting. The deadline for the invited plenary and session speakers to submit their full length papers to the special issue of Molecular Breeding will be January 15, 2011. Abstracts and full length papers received after the deadline may not be printed. Later submissions may be scheduled as posters on a space-available basis. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to request that some contributed (volunteer) papers be presented as posters. In those cases, the authors requesting presentations of their papers as oral volunteer contributions will be informed in advance of the change of their presentation to posters. A printed program, as well as the proceedings containing abstracts of the plenary, concurrent sessions and workshop papers, will be available to those registered for the meeting.
Guidelines for Submitting Abstracts for Contributed (Volunteer) Papers and Posters
Format RTF Use 10pt Times New Roman, single line space
Letter paper size (216 mmX279mm), with margin left and right 3,4cm each
The abstract should be written in English
Title in bold lower-case letters and centered
Please do not include any references at the end of abstract.
For authors, underline the last (family) name of the presenting author. All other names should appear in upper and lower case letters, first the abbreviated name (s) followed by last name (family), not abbreviated;
Affiliation(s): at the end please include the e-mail of the corresponding author;
Abstract text (title, authors, affiliation and text): please do not use more than 40 lines including spaces.
Guidelines for Submitting Full Length Papers (session speakers)
Speaker papers are asked to submit their papers to the online system of “Molecular Breeding” according to the journal instructions and all submitted papers will be peer-reviewed according to the standards of the journal. Drs. Yunbi Xu, Zhikang Li and Michael Thomson will co-handle the submitted papers.

Fellowships
We will have fellowships to provide full or partial supports up to 15 researchers/students from the African and Asian developing countries. Applicants should have research results (either oral presentations or posters) submitted to the conference by submitted to the local organizing committee & secretariat before April 30. Acceptance letters with details will be sent to awardees by end of July.
Exhibition
