Experts from the Research Institute of Wood Industry Attended the ISO/TC 218 /WG 5 Parquet and Wood Flooring Meeting

On 26 January 2023, the ISO/TC 218 /WG 5 Parquet and Wood Flooring meeting was held online. Representatives from China, France, Canada, Japan, Sweden and Austria attended the meeting. Mr. Zhao Youke, researcher from the Research Institute of Wood Industry, a registered expert of ISO TC 218, attended this meeting on behalf of China.

During the meeting, participants discussed three draft international standards including theGeneral Requirements for Parquet Flooring. Preliminary consensus on the contents of three standards has been reached.
