Main work
Prof. Shao Xuexin mainly engaged in research on wetland ecosystem monitoring and evaluation, wetland carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus cycling processes, and restoration of degraded wetlands. In recent years, as the project leader, he has undertaken major projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, General Fund, Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the Special Fund for Cooperation of Zhejiang Province and the Chinese Academy of Forestry. As the first or corresponding author, he has published more than 30 papers in journals such as Biology and Fertility of Soil, Plant and Soil, and Ecological Engineering, etc. Published two monographs as the main author, formulated two local standards in Zhejiang Province, and won one second prize of Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Award. A researcher and master's supervisor at the Research Institute of Subtropical Forestry, Chinese Academy of Forestry. Director of Zhejiang Ecological Society and Secretary General of Wetland Special Committee of Zhejiang Forestry Society.
