Main work

Prof. Xu Junming's research is focused on thermo-chemical conversion of lignocellulosic and triglycride biomass for production of liquid high grade fuels. His research interest also includes fundamental mechanism exploration during thermo-chemical conversion process.

Prof. Xu Junming undertakes the national key R&D projects. He has finished the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars. He has published over100 papers. He was awarded the 14th "China Youth Science and Technology Award", the 13th "forestry Youth Science and Technology Award"; he was selected as the top-notch youth talents in the "ten thousand people plan" of the central group of China. He won national science and Technology Progress Award for one time and provincial/ministerial level science and Technology Progress Award for 4 times.
