In recent years, Prof. Liu Yihua has been engaged in the research of product safety and quality of edible agriculture and forestry products, focusing on the panoramic screening and risk assessment of high-risk pollutants in edible forest products, quality and safety of edible forest products and traceability standards, and the conformational and quantitative relationships of primary/secondary metabolites in edible forest products. She has presided over more than 20 provincial and ministerial-level projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, forestry public welfare special projects, and key research and development sub-projects in Zhejiang Province. She has published more than 60 academic papers as the first/corresponding author (of which more than 40 are SCI papers), authorised 5 invention patents, issued 5 standards, and won the first prize of the provincial and ministerial levels, and the second prize of the Society.
