Li Shouhai is mainly engaged in the research of chemical deep processing and utilization of natural resources such as vegetable oils and terpenes, and mainly carries out basic research on the application of forestry bio-based products such as bio-based functional resins and composite materials. The research uses natural bio-based resources to ensure the renewable and sustainable development of raw materials. According to the advantages and disadvantages of biobased resources, targeted research is carried out. The synthesized biobased aliphatic ring photocuring monomer can simultaneously guarantee the toughness, mechanical strength and durability of the prepared coating. The multiple crosslinking copolymerization technology solves the defects of the oil based polymer such as insufficient rigidity, low value and narrow application range. A series of oil derivative toughened starch/polylactic acid composite materials were developed, which solved the defect of brittle polylactic acid-based materials. The development of active monomers such as siloxanes, double-curable, active amines, flame retardants, self-healing, shape memory, and flexible cellulose supramolecular composite materials provides reference for the development of functional bio-based products. His research could provide certain technical support for resin and composite material production businesses, which conform to the development requirements of the industry, and promote the high-value utilization of natural resources.
