Main work

Kai Cui, doctor, professor, born in 1982, native place: Hebei province. Winner of the National Science Foundation of China for Excellent Young Scholars of China, the third batch of leading talents in forestry and grassland scientific and technological innovation, Yunnan Province Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, technological innovation talents of Yunnan Province, and top-notch young talents of "ten thousand people plan" of Yunnan Province. In 2011, obtained doctorate from the Chinese Academy of Forestry and worked in the Institute of Highland Forest Science in the same year. Worked as visiting scholar at Texas A&M University from March 2016 to April 2017. Member of the fourth Yunnan forest variety Approval Committee and a contact expert of the Yunnan Science and Technology Department. Presided the 14th five-year plan for National Key Research and Development Project, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Natural Science Foundation of Yunnan Province, etc. Published more than 30 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author.
