Main work

Dr. Chen Hang has authored more than 70 articles published in international journals and book chapters. Totally 9 national and 2 international patents have been authorized to him, and he has presided 12 grands, such as the Natural Science Foundation of China. He won a first award of the provincial prize and a second national award for progress in science and technology. Dr. Chen holds two degrees in entomology: a B.S. from Sichuan Agriculture University, Ya’an (1999) and a Ph.D. from the Chinese Academy of Forestry, Beijing (2006). He serves as the Executive Editor of the well-known international journal Life Science and Traditional Medicine Research. Also, he is an international member of AAAS and the Entomological Society of America (ESA). As the Vice President of the National Innovation Alliance of Gallnut Industry (NIAGI) and senior member of the Chinese Society of Forestry (SCF), Dr. Chen has been leading or involved in many SCF events and international meetings of NIAGI.
