The list of the applicants has to include the following information: Name (Last, First)SexDegreePh.D. or Post-Doc applicationHomeUniversityAcademic DisciplineAcademic Supervisor / Academic PartnerProjectContact Details (E-Mail, Phone, Fax, Skype)Additional Information For the scholarship application file to be complete, I would require the following: · Application form (see attached)· Detailed description of reseach project· CV· List of publications· Official academic transcript(s)-certificate of Master / Ph.D. degree· Letter of recommendation by the respective department at the home institution (signed)· Statement of acceptance by an academic supervisor / academic partner in Austria (signed) The complete application should be presented at the scholarship-interview!An exception can be made for the statement of acceptance by an academic supervisor in Austria. All application documents have to be complete2 months after conduction of the interview. Otherwise the candidates cannot be considered for a scholarship! In case a candidate is awarded a Ph.D. or Post-Doc scholarship, he needs to provide all the application documents either in electronic form (scanned) or by airmail. All the application materials preferably have to be handed in at once. According to the current visa regulations, applicants who apply for scholarships lasting up to 6 months have to consider the fact that their visa application process may take 2-3 months.
